I would also like to discuss a second and completely separate project with you: project 2 this is a boutique residential building with 36 apartments, currently under construction in an exclusive area of Guatemala City. We are the developers and builders of the project, and the apartments are scheduled for delivery around August 2027. The architectural design is already completed and construction is underway. We already have the floor plans, current façade renders and rooftop amenity renders. For this project, we would like BuildMost to help us with: • Improving and modernizing the existing façade design and renders, without changing the main architectural structure. • Improving the design and renders of the rooftop amenities. • Proposing and supplying furniture, lighting and decorative elements for the rooftop and reception/lobby areas. • Quoting windows, flooring, kitchens, closets, bathroom glass partitions and other finishes/materials for the 36 apartments. We can send you our existing renders, architectural plans and specifications so your team can review them. Please also let me know whether the façade and rooftop design/render proposals have a separate design fee, and how many design proposals or revisions are included. We would prefer to receive no more than 5 design proposals before selecting the final direction. This project should please be handled separately from project one I would prefer Chinese designers, especially firms with experience in high-end boutique residential projects. Since we are developers and builders, we are particularly interested in companies that can provide the design and also manufacture or supply furniture, lighting, kitchens, closets, flooring, bathroom finishes and other materials according to the approved design. However, I am open to exceptional proposals from designers from other countries as well.
