I am looking at 1. Four bedroom apartment, at ground floor . But it will be a two bedroom flat each. And the other side of land will be my private home ...Three bedroom For sqm, this is my first time going to a building project. So, we will have to find out which sqm will be spacious and also leave space on the compound for car parking Both extreme ends will have entrances by the side of the shops. And in-between the two buildings will be a gate so that the private owner can move to the commercial place for compound inspections when need arises . Thinking also about summer hut, idea is if a visitor or event is to take place the occupant can sit under it If the international designer will offer good service it won't be bad. My idea is to try both and pick a competitive pricing service provider Can you please advice me first what usually is the market standard plz? In terms of pricing The idea actually was that..all will not be built at a go...I will focus on the ground floor and after some years continue the remaining floors as at when some monies come up. Or Also, the other floors can be completed by my children when they are of age and want to do something for themselves
