We are looking for an experienced architectural and interior design company for a premium resort project in Papua New Guinea. The project will integrate accommodation, restaurant, cafe, spa, landscaped gardens, covered walkways and supporting facilities. We prefer a distinctive tropical luxury concept using natural materials, with strong consideration for heavy rainfall, drainage and the local climate. We are looking for a partner capable of architectural planning, The initial design scope is approximately 15,000 m² for the resort area. However, this is only the preliminary design area. The overall project land is larger, and the final land allocation for the resort/hotel will be confirmed according to the master plan. Regarding the exact project location and site plan, I’m sorry, but I’m not able to share them at this stage. We need to complete our internal review first. The overall development is a large-scale integrated project of approximately 1,000 hectares. However, we do not intend to design the entire 1,000 hectares at this stage. For the first phase, we would like to focus on a premium resort and tourism development, including approximately 100 luxury resort units/cottages, together with supporting facilities such as spa & wellness, café, restaurant, landscaping, recreational areas and other necessary amenities.(15000sqm for the resort ) At present, the land is essentially undeveloped land with no existing buildings or infrastructure to be retained. Therefore, the design can start from a relatively clean site. What we would like from your team first is your proposed design approach, scope of work and methodology for developing this project from the overall concept/master planning level to the detailed resort design The investment budget has not been fixed yet.
