We are planning a premium/luxury modern Nigerian restaurant on an approximately 2,500 m² site. My total budget is about USD 100,000-250,000. About the design cost, I have no idea, please share your design cases and give me some suggestions. The proposed restaurant should be a two-storey building with approximately 200 seats, designed to provide a spacious, elegant and high-end dining experience while incorporating contemporary Nigerian architectural and cultural elements. The ground floor should include the main dining area, reception/waiting area, commercial kitchen, food preparation and storage areas, cashier/POS area, takeaway/delivery area, customer toilets and necessary service facilities. The first floor should include VIP/private dining rooms, premium/family dining areas, a private event/banquet space and management offices. We would also like an outdoor terrace/premium dining area, attractive landscaping, adequate customer parking, a dedicated loading/service area, staff facilities, waste-management area and appropriate utility/service spaces. The commercial kitchen should be professionally planned for efficient food preparation, cooking, plating, dishwashing, storage and delivery/service flow. The architectural style should combine modern luxury with a distinctive Nigerian identity, using elegant contemporary forms, high-quality materials and subtle Nigerian-inspired design elements. Please prioritize comfortable circulation, operational efficiency, natural lighting, ventilation, accessibility, fire safety and a clear separation between customer and service areas. For the initial concept design, we would like to see the proposed site layout, floor plans, exterior architectural concept/3D views, interior design direction, landscaping concept and recommended total building floor area. The design should be developed with future expansion and replication as a successful restaurant brand in mind.
