Style and Materials The main color palette should combine: sand beige, ivory, and off-white; natural wood or teak/walnut veneer; matte black for the joinery and metal structures; touches of brushed brass or bronze; natural stone, terrazzo, or stone-effect porcelain stoneware; Durable fabrics in shades of beige, brown, olive green, and terracotta; Subtle African motifs integrated into the screens, light fixtures, textiles, and wall panels. The materials must be resistant to heat, humidity, and sea air, and easy to maintain in Senegal's climate. The restaurant should have an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable tables, good circulation, decorative lighting, natural plants, and a strong visual connection with the grand arcades of the facade. First Floor The first floor will house: The Ambassador's offices; an executive office; a meeting room with approximately 20 seats; two video shooting spaces; a reception area; a kitchenette; potentially a private apartment. The style should be professional, modern, and representative of the brand, with good soundproofing for the video studios. Second and Third Floors These floors will be configured as aparthotel-style apartments, with: a bedroom; a living room; a kitchenette; a bathroom; built-in storage. The ambiance should be comparable to a high-end boutique hotel: comfortable, bright, elegant, and functional. Rooftop The rooftop will include lounge areas, tables, a pergola, a juice bar, restrooms, and an infinity pool. No space should be associated with alcohol or a wine bar.
