The project budget is Approx $1 million, the land is 2000 sqm ,take 1500 sqm to build it ,and 8 floors will be 1500*8=12000 sqm Mixed use 8 floor building on 1500 sqm, with a rooftop lounge. Retail floors, Movie there , office floors, 2 floors of hotel rooms and Maisonette Apartments Aqua Tower Key Points: 1. Improve and enhance the overall quality of the architectural package, drafting, graphics, line weights, clarity of design information including texts clashing with drawings etc...they just need to apply a bit of care across board. 2. Parameters as per guidelines shared is 1 parking space to 60 sqm for commercial spaces. 2nr parking per 3 bedroom unit, 1nr parking per 2 bedroom unit and 0.5 per 1 bedroom unit (meaning 2 units of 1 bedroom unit will share a parking space). Architects to check and confirm actual number that has been provided and confirm compliance. 3. Confirm strategy for security point/gate house if applicable.
