20000-30000EUR ,This is the total budget for design end build the whole house. Exterior and interior. I have some plan ,for you reference ,which are very basic and just a lay out. If the price suits me I gonna need architectural plans electrical, plumbing , structural 3d visualization .At the moment I live in UK ,but the house want to build is in town called Varna, Bulgaria. They are some special code in Varna, because is seizemetic zone and need to be approved from the local architect . the lay out and location to give me rough estimate. Let me know if you need more information . Can you let me know where you base,please . 1.This is only picture from internet in the attachment Ive got only land. To start building need to have the design first ,so to get building permits.
