Design Description:
I have 0.64 acres of land (a little more than half an acre)， 400sqm to build the main house. I have a big 3 bedrooms house on the land that needs major renovation or demolishing and build a new house. I therefore would need a 4 or 6 bedrooms house/mansionette/mansion.... Preferably, a two storeys structure, with a balcony roof top as third level of building. I am trying to have a semi commercial/ semi residential style of Manson or Villa. The structure may have curves, but just boxy or rectangular shaped. (a beautiful "glass-house" kind of steel structure. The Master bedroom being the "Presidential Suite" . The structure could be 3 Floors, the 3rd Floor (rooftop) being a secured balcony with a "open landscape/backyard lawn garden" type of appearance design. The ground floor could be Kitchen & Dining, 3 or 2 or 4 cars garage space. Swimming pool may be included in landscape plan. A large flat grass/lawn area for playing football, probably the size of quarter a football field. The drive area just has to be enough for cars to turn around inside the compound to enter and exit
