Design Description:
In the process of purchasing the house. The purchasing will be finished after 4-6 weeks. I will need the local designer at that time. Renovation the existing house and add an extension Here is a floor plan but this is how it is now and we want to add 4m rear ground and 1st floor extension accross a whole rear of the property. This is how ugly it looks like and we need to create nice modern house. We also definitely want to get rid of the slopes on either side of the roof so the house looks square. The front elevation also needs to be redesigned with a nicer looking porch. First of all exterior with front and rear elevation and then interior as we want to optimise the room space and relocate staircase. We would also like to have to create a bit of passive income and wants to make on the ground floor on the left hand side where big room like a little annexe with a separate entrance on the side. Have you got any experience in UK, our house is by the sea in town called Poole, so the design could reflect in colours and design closenest to the sea. Do UK designers have a licence to operate in the UK and are they familiar with the local building regulations?
