Project budget is 8000-18000 USD Dubai Luxury Apartment Interior Design Brief Project Objective We are seeking a complete luxury interior design and turnkey fit-out for our Dubai apartment. The vision is to create a contemporary, five-star luxury residence inspired by leading hospitality brands such as Bulgari, Atlantis The Royal, Four Seasons Residences, Armani Residences, and Mandarin Oriental. The apartment should feel sophisticated, warm, timeless, and highly functional, combining premium materials with bespoke craftsmanship and intelligent storage solutions. Design Direction The overall aesthetic should be contemporary luxury with clean architectural lines and rich material layering. Preferred materials include: Smoke bronze glass Smoked mirror panels Leather padded feature walls Travertine stone Premium marble Fluted walnut panels Bronze metal detailing Luxury fabrics and upholstery Bespoke joinery throughout Preferred colour palette: Warm ivory Sand Taupe Greige Walnut Bronze Soft charcoal accents The apartment should feel bright and elegant during the day while creating a dramatic luxury hotel atmosphere in the evening through layered lighting.
