Architectural design for my house, on 112sqm, will send you proposel, The plan to fit in an area of 40'× 30' with an L-shaped wing and two storeys (4 bedrooms) GROUND FLOOR PLAN (34' x 26' + L-wing 8') • Porch 34'x6' • Living 16'x14' • Dining 10'x10' • Kitchen 10'x12' • Guest Bedroom 10'x12' ensuite 5'x8' | Study 8'x10' • WC/Store 5'x6' | Staircase 3'6" wide FIRST FLOOR PLAN • Master Bed 14'x12' + Ensuite 6'x9' + WIC 6'x5' • Bedroom 2: 12'x11' • Bedroom 3: 11'x10' • Shared Bathroom 6'x8' • Family Lounge 8'x10' • Balcony 14'x8' Doors & windows: • Main entrance (center front): 3′0″ × 7′0″ (D1). • Sliding living patio (front glazing): 8′0″ × 6′0″ (W1). • Bedroom windows W2: 4′0″ × 5′0″ typical. • Kitchen back door: 3′0″. • Internal doors: bedrooms 2′8″, bathrooms 2′6″. Stairs (plan): • Stair located between living & dining. • Width: 3′6″ (42"). • Typical riser = 7″, tread = 10″; provide landing at mid-flight if >12 steps. • Direction shown on plan by arrow "S →" (up to first floor). FRONT ELEVATION • - Double-storey modern style with balcony over porch • - Symmetrical sliding glass doors/windows • - Pitched roof with dark grey tiles SIDE ELEVATION • - L-wing visible with guest bedroom & study • - Windows aligned vertically for structure • - Balcony parapet 42" height • - External finish: render + paint Notes to give the drafter / architect with this file 1. Use the exact dimensions above as start points; keep external walls 8″ and internal 4″. 2. Align column grid through vertically between GF and 1F to simplify structure. 3. Place stair between living & dining as shown and ensure headroom and landing per local code. 4. Provide 900 mm (3′) clear corridor widths where possible for accessibility. 5. Provide sliding glazing to front living to match the image aesthetic and balcony front.
