Floors 1 to 10 - 3 BHK apartment, 2 nos. per floor as per the sketch plan Floor 11 & 12 - Guest rooms and Junior Suite per floor (plan to be prepared) Floor 13 - Yoga & Gym facility facing the sea. Office space for co-working on the other side (plan to be prepared) Mezzanine floor to accommodate Swimming pool depth. Co Working space in remaining area. Floor 14 (terrace) Sun set bar with solar panels on top and swimming pool as per the sketch plan. Scope – 2D DRAWINGS Basic floor plans at 1:100 scale, approximately 5 to 6 nos. with furniture layout, for approval which will be then referred for 3D views. 2 road side elevations to decide facade treatment. Final rendered floor plans at 1:100 scale, approximately 5 to 6 nos. with furniture layouts to upload on website or for brochure. 2 rendered road side elevations. EXTERIOR VIEWS (we need an input from Client on the surrounding development) Exterior daytime views required for 360° - all 4 sides. Exterior night time views required for 360° - all 4 sides 1 INTERIOR VIEWS - 22 nos.
