Design Description:
I have 5 architectural firms I’ve used locally want to sample international. I want rendering and design to compare and chose like bidding. After we settle with the design we approve. also give me a tentative fee charges I decide if to engage. Am looking more like firms to submit ideas then we compare the raw tendered designs at their costs. After pre tender we settle with firm (s) to work with. Design Fee will be negotiated up to approvals including supervision. All in stages Project budget Roughly 3,000,000$-4,000,000. Yes letter of offer signed A mixed development of 10 high end modern villas 6 bedrooms, all ensuit 2 designs5/5, sq for 3, plug pool , 3 levels , outside jacuzzi, bar and entertainment area, , grand stairs , study, dinning for 12 pple, grand kitchen -wet with inI build machines , dry areas separated,sunken sitting room - tv/family room , study for children ,lift, dhobi area with provision for machines ironing and drying area, area total grounds 4 acres , unit grounds 0.39 of an acre. Want to start a new development so I am thinking of getting designs from different architects to compare and choose. To begin with architectural the structural then interior. We are contractors we shall build a mixture of 2 designs 5/5 each tot units 10. We sell 5 units retain 5. Designs need submissions and approvals in Kenya do u have capacity or once I approve I give to a registered architect to do submission.
