Professional 2D architectural floor plan blueprint, black and white CAD drawing style, high-contrast crisp lines, strict compliance with international building codes. Total land plot size: 20x30 meters (600 sqm) with a 2-meter building setback on all sides. The design consists of two identical, symmetrical apartments (200 sqm per apartment) sharing a central structural axis. Inside each apartment, generate precise spatial zoning and exact wall-to-wall dimensions: 1. A formal Men's Majlis (6.00m x 4.50m) located near the main entrance, adjacent to a guest toilet (2.00m x 1.50m) which is directly served by [Vertical Mechanical Shaft A: 1.50m x 1.20m]. 2. A closed rectangular Kitchen (4.00m x 3.50m) that shares [Shaft A] for optimized central ventilation and plumbing stacks. 3. A central Family Living Room (5.00m x 4.50m) optimizing internal circulation paths. 4. A private Master Bedroom Suite (5.00m x 4.00m) at the rear, featuring an en-suite master bathroom (2.50m x 2.00m) served by [Vertical Mechanical Shaft B: 1.20m x 1.00m]. 5. Two identical children/guest bedrooms (4.00m x 4.00m each) connected via a clear hallway, served by a common shared bathroom (2.50m x 1.80m) and [Vertical Mechanical Shaft C: 1.50m x 1.00m]. Total of 6 vertical mechanical shafts across the entire floor plan. Ensure all wall thicknesses are explicitly drawn (20cm exterior, 10cm interior), with standard door swings, clear window openings, and zero ornamental rendering. Pure technical layout.
