Hi, we are looking to build a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, dual living, completely off-grid residential home in the north island of New Zealand. Do you think you could assist us with something like this? Just a single level, Approx 300m². Design fee 1000-2000 USD This is within our budget. Prefer Chinese designer The land is 121hectares. Yes we own the block. Do you have any that incorporate both steel framing as well as Hebel blocks? We would like to restrict costs to nzd250-300k total which is why we are looking to import from China. How familiar are your Chinese designers with the type of architecture, environment and weather patterns etc in NZ? Are they capable of designing a home that will stand up to the NZ environmental factors? Do you have Chinese designers that have designed homes for NZ clients before?
