We want to expand it into a 4-star boutique hotel with 45 rooms. We want a company that can design, build, and procure all the hotel ancillary items – in short, a turnkey project. Please reply so we can start the detailed discussion. 1.You build using steel modular construction and deliver the project as a turnkey. Share 4- or 5-star hotels that you have done. 2.I also need a structural designer. 3.I need a steel structure design – 3400 sqm of light steel with walls and all accessories for a finished turnkey hotel.
