Design Description:
The land is 70m x 40m. I have 4 pieces of land in different I need 3 bedrooms all self contained with inbuilt wardrobes and one other toilet,master should have a walk-in wardrobes, an office for my preparations(I am a lawyer) a prayer room, TV room separate from a seating room, kitchen with a pantry but open plan with living room and dinning.. very molden appearance if possible story building.. Preferably double storey. but I can appreciate to see what you may have for both. I want it with a lot of angles if it has to be a Bangalow. but I only want to use 70m x 40m of that whole land for a yard and dwelling house, make the house about 300 sqm roughly. Get me in touch with local.. so that I take them to the land even as they design 400 usd is ok.. it's what we usually pay for plans here.. so how much would a design like this one he sent to me in black.. but with additional rooms like, office/study room, prayer room and TV room.. can you do it for me for 400?
