For my project, I am open to working with international designers for the concept design, layout, and 3D renderings, as I would like a modern, warm, luxury design.
However, I will require that the final drawings be suitable for construction in Trinidad and Tobago, including structural, electrical, and plumbing considerations, or at least coordinated so that a local engineer can finalize them for approval.
