If not, please propose the maximum practical parking capacity and the most efficient site layout. A well-organized, safe, and commercially attractive parking layout is an important part of this development. ________________________________________ Requested Deliverables I would appreciate it if you could provide: 1. A conceptual building design (including general appearance and massing) 2. A preliminary site layout, showing building position, access roads, and parking configuration 3. A proposed structural concept (steel system with flexible/open spans) 4. Technical specifications, including: o structural system o floor system o roof system o façade / cladding system o insulation suitable for tropical climates 5. An indicative budget quotation for the prefab steel structure and building components 6. Estimated production, delivery, and construction timeline 7.
