Conception architecturale et plan de construction d'un immeuble d'appartements de type 4 (1240 m²) Besoin d'un plan architectural pour un immeuble d'appartements. Pour chaque type de bâtiment, je dispose d'un budget de 1 500 à 2 000 dollars canadiens (tout doit être réalisé conformément aux normes européennes Euroco). Je souhaite construire quatre types de bâtiments. Terrains disponibles : 4 parcelles de 310 m² (projet situé à Cotonou, au Bénin) Appartements de style canadien : - 16 appartements de 3,5 pièces, répartis sur 4 étages modernes et élégants + sous-sol - 8 appartements de 4,5 pièces, répartis sur 4 étages modernes et élégants + sous-sol - 4 appartements de 5,5 pièces avec entrées indépendantes, répartis sur 4 étages modernes et élégants + sous-sol - 4 appartements de 6,5 pièces avec entrées indépendantes, répartis sur 4 étages modernes et élégants + sous-sol Pour cela, j'ai besoin des documents suivants : plans architecturaux, plan d'aménagement extérieur, plans de chaque niveau (sous-sol, rez-de-chaussée, 1er, 2e, 3e et 4e étages), coupes et plan de toiture. Plans, élévations (façades), rendus Plan de structure, plans de fondation, plans de poutres, plans de dalles Plans de construction Après prise de contact, je souhaiterais vous rencontrer via Google Meet (traduction disponible en français/anglais) afin de vous présenter mon projet en détail.
