Design Description:
1. Land Size is 1900 square metres. We require three storey building with apartments, ground, first and second floor. No Lift 2. Maximum land size we can use is 800sqm on the ground. Also we require two parking spaces on the ground per apartment. We also need a guard house at the entrance of the premises. 3. We are looking at studio apartments, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. We need to fit solar panels for electricity backup as well as a 50-80kva generator. 4. The land slopes towards the area we will be building ie inwards, so we need to build in such a way that there is no flooding or water buildup at the building. We want to construct a flat roof.
