That project budget will be around $10million only for the 3D animation, N2 million will be about the quote locally,15 seconds,my budget only for the 3D animation will be $1,200 -$1,500,I understand this does not include the architecture design package. so u need tell me the price about the architecture planning and schematic design . I am looking for who can do the 3D animation for me,for acctract the investment As you can see, it is a reclaimed land by the swamp and it affords a very beautiful view,Its just 35 acres (about 16 hectares) https://maps.app.goo.gl/SsFuJmkRK4GxduH8A?g_st=awb We will like to build about 20 blocks of apartment. Each block will have 10 floors and each floor will have two apartments. This means 20 apartments per block, for a total of 400 apartments Can you provide the drawing and what are your charges and what competition time you give me. This is to give you an idea of the area. This is the land itself. (check it attachment ) Sand filling is ongoing and it will raise the land to an acceptable height. Just give me an estate with a section (a single street) of duplexes and luxury bungalows with high rise buildings making up the rest, (80%) of the land.
