Design Description:
The entire property is 1.5 acres but only 0.5 acre will be demarcated for the home. Design cost 75k kes (580usd), Does this include the bill of quantities? I would like the house to be a maximum of 520sqm. Flat roof with a terrace on top. The roofs (main house and clubhouse) should also be utilized for the solar panels which will be used in the entire house for lighting, water, warming the pool etc. Two kitchens. The show kitchen facing the dining and the dirty kitchen which is the main kitchen. Two lounges - one straight ahead from the main door and opening to the pool area but just small enough as a small lounge area and the other right next as the main lounge with active and sound system as the entertainment area. This also has sliding doors at the back opening to the backyard overlooking the swimming pool. One bedroom downstairs, 3 upstairs including the master bedroom. All en-suite. Include an elevator particularly for old age. A study room/ library as well. There should be a control room, hidden and next to the master bedroom with all the controls including the CCTV cameras. All cables including CCTV, electricity, internet, alarm, should be well provisioned for within the walls, windows and doors so that no cables are hanging on the walls. The car port/ garage should be accessible from the house and should be automatically closed and opened. A spacious kitchen with a pantry that has a sliding door. A laundry area with a section to iron and hang the ironed clothes. Two staff quarters - all en-suite. (within 520sqm) A club house at the backyard facing the swimming pool. Club house should have a lounge area with a small bar opening up to the swimming pool area with glass doors that slide open into the wall. Toilet and and changing room. (100sqm) Upstairs should have the gym and a studio room (en-suite).
