This is my personal house ,my project budget is 3000000-5000000 Egyptian Pound.
Create an architectural design for a house consisting of a ground floor and four upper floors, built on a plot of land.
First, the dimensions of the land on the ground floor (without projections) are:Length 9.10 m,Width 8.70 m,5 floors is total ,the building areas will be 395sqm.
1.Regarding the orientation of the house
The first floor has a projection towards the two streets, as the plot faces:The area is residential.
North (seaward), neighboring property
East, neighboring property
West, a side street with a frontage of 8.70 m
South, a main street with a frontage of 9.10 m
2.The house function areas :
The number of floors is 5, without an elevator.
The ground floor is simple(height is 8.7 m and 4 m) ：Consisting of a reception area, a guest bathroom, and possibly a small bedroom, and two commercial shops (presumably located on the side street towards the frontage).
The upper floors(The height is 3 m）： consist of one apartment with a master bedroom (presumably with an ensuite bathroom) and two children's bedrooms (unisex).
3.For the specifc Require
Determine the most suitable locations and sizes for the spaces, including the reception area, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and entrances.
Determine the most suitable location and size for the entrance, suggesting it be on the side facing the neighbor in the southeast direction, with a suggested width.
A 2.5-meter depth is suitable for the repeated floor space and the original architectural design, allowing for viewing from the entrance, distributing the staircase, and reaching the ground floor apartment door. It also connects to the staircase's ascent. The proposed staircase entrance is away from the southern facade to utilize the space on the repeated floor for lighting and ventilation.
Therefore, the most suitable location and dimensions for the complete staircase, including all details, have been determined for both the ground floor to the first floor and the first floor to the second, which is repeated on the remaining floors.
Two flights of stairs are proposed for the entire house： On the ground floor, an extension of the first flight, parallel to and attached to the eastern neighbor's wall, can be created before reaching the stairwell opening. This can be achieved by adding steps that raise the building by one meter to a landing from the ground floor, from which the first fixed flight can begin.
The most suitable location and dimensions for the light well have also been determined. It is proposed to be in the northeast corner, bordering the two neighbors, with a window for the stairwell on the south side, a window for the kitchen in the north or west corner, and a window for the bathroom in the west corner.
