Design Description:
Our architectural design is not finished yetm it is ongoing , Now I'm seeking for thestructural design and electromechanical design for this project - we have 2 courtyards ; one for outdoor kitchen and other for leisure ——No drop beams - minimal columns- post tension voided slab- cars will park on roof- and car elevator area- might use roof as a as open air spa and garden too- we like vertical electric large windows - electromechanical: smart villa control- villa treated as a hotel- independent bedrooms control- Can use a horizontal ground source geothermal energy- fresh air system- minimal electricity consumption ( solar panels and wind turbine and diesel generator ) - whole villa filtered water for villa- garden- natural pool- and fish aquaculture; small units in second basement- first basement will be my workshop area- experimentation on food processing ( ultrasonic food extraction equipments). We want to use a fast cost effective technique for concrete construction- - suggesting the steel mesh wall formwork ( no dis assembly style) or small concrete board for that，can you follow the American concrete institute code of constrcution? if you need, I can send you a preliminary drawing of the architectural design,landsurface area :1515m2 _in a slope -2 basements and 3 floors_total habitable areas around 1300m2 -would like to have a structural design and electromechanical design with specific demands ( post tension voided slab and other demands together with garden design what is the expected fees. We are planning to get a Chinese team for constrcution
