I plan to build a 150-room 3-star hotel in Mandan deuter suliko mountain. The location of the hotel is very good. It is only 35KM away from the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu, and the observation deck can see the snow-capped mountains. 1、150 rooms ,100 seaters resturant 2,one confrence room for 200 people one brakefast room one lobby,toilets in lobby and every restaurants and conference room ,electric sockets plumbing system nice set of toilet and basins,6 Urinal for gents and 4 ladies. 2、50rooms king size Bed like 4* with ac bathrooms and nice furniture 50 rooms 12x15 with attach bathroom double bed normal hotel style and 30 with 2 single bed shareing and 10 rooms 3 bed and 6 rooms 4 single beds.You can make 5 delus rooms for vip. 3、146 Guest rooms and 4 offices staffs and one house keeping room one loundry room one dry store one wet store 3 kitchens 1cold room and Frizer room 4、Ground floor and first floor must be office restaurants and confrence rooms 5、 designe three types freely for you choose 6, 4 floors and one resturant on the top, total 5 floors 7,Saleing price is 10-25$ per room and Food 10$ per person 8, need a tower in the top montain
