Plot size 582 sq meters but built up area 500 sq meters ,You can calculate the actual total building area for me based on the local volume ratio。 Wamt basement ground plus 5 up plus terrace floor number 4 should 。 warehouse on basement is parking for our car and rent out warehouse as i know that will generate income ground floor several small stores which again will generate income in futur 1st floor 2nd floor 3rd floor will be empty shell 4th and 5th is what i will construct for our big size family of 7 people have internal staircase to floor number 5. Basement warehouse plus lift lobby and staircase up to terrace. Ground floor entrance in middle height basement 3 meters to 5 meters ground same on ground floor since on left there is ramp Centre entrance of 5 .5 meters wide First, second and third floor 2 apartment on each floor with one master bedroom one double room and one single room with shared bathroom/toilet also will be shared with guests. 4th floor one huge guest room en-suite with walk in closet this floor has big living room big tv room big kitchen and kitchen store dining area and extra washroom for guest with hand wash area open concept with an island also and not forgetting stairs case to 5th floor whereby there will be landing area with mini lounge type for sitting before retiring and 5th floor with 4 master bedrooms all en-suite with walk in closet with independent balconies also 4th floor don’t forget balcony area. Terrace open concept but will have 2 washrooms one changin room and wash basin area open space for party or social area/gathering Want architecture drawings structural drawings not forgetting electrical and water and waste water management drawings plus icy together with telecommunications pipes there will also be security plus washroom on ground floor lift will be without pit. Recommend that distance from one column to other 5.5 meters and from back to front 6 meters apart if possible on consultation with structural engineer. As vise the cost of having this with 2d 3d best possible facade It’s empty plot nothing is built. Don’t forget spiral stairs for emergency exit.
