Design Description:
I need 4-8 home designs to completed from 40m2 up to 70m2. These designs will go on the website and be sold as pre designed house. New law change next year with rules changing with not needing consent upto 70m2. Many will be sold to best company with the best houses. These homes will be built on steel subbases and be transportable . Being transportable helps escape building consents and any building inspection. The steel frame subbase will be built in a away where all power and water is plumbed up and when frames go up the water and power is already where it needs to be ( give or take ) to keep build times fast and efficient. Being transportable majority will be 3.6 or 4.2 wide making transport easy . With the odd exceptions being square. Preferably kitchen will be near the bathroom to keep plumbing at a minimum and easy to do. Solar powered homes is a aim because it avoids extra costs connecting power to mains. 2-4k usd for each individual design that gets choson . We source our own materials and build units giving clients a price per build with 70m2 valued upto 200k and 40m2 down to 120k. Future designs will be needed for bigger transportables. We wanna be the best in the country with standout features like underfloor heating Fire that heats underfloor heating Solar powered Stand out kitchens Best use of space. Affordable fast building elegant homes . 2 of these designs will be used but still a need interior designs and plans etc
