Thereafter we can always decide on prices for to go ahead with detailed designs The Present Duplex Villa is facing West is in a land area of 45 ft ( Front) x 60 Ft ( Depth) The open setbacks -15 ft in front of/ 10 ft in Driveway / 5 ft on other side & back I need to add one floor on terrace in European style / cottage house / Mediterranean design merging the present design. 1200 sqft Terrace, Front lawn Gazebo is 450 sqft. This Top floor to be the recreation floor in European garden appearance having one bedroom/ jacuzzi/ artificial grass flooring/ pantry / bar counter/ yoga place / exercise place / morning / evening tea place / TV etc The open Lawn on ground floor to be covered in a beautiful Gazebo style with artificial grass etc partially covered in front also to give privacy from the road & merging with the top floor design The available plans are enclosed
