Based on our local survey and market research, we had like to share projects that we believe have significant growth potential: Plot Number 12, Lourdel Road: Commercial development with office space and coffee shops. This project focuses on providing modern office spaces and amenities that cater to the growing demand for professional services. - Documents I can send to you. B3+G+21 floor ,the basement and ground floor need have all kinds of shops ,like restaurants, cafe, bar , and gym, others floor is the office building, and the office building for rent out. basement 3-4 floor car park ground floor and second floor utilities 3rd to 22 floor office space commercial all the space for rental, might sell some of the units incase the budget is gone up.
