Design Description:
Need the architectural design for the homestay building .Location nearby shimla .I want 2 storeyed building 4 rooms on upper storey with attached bathroom and toilets.In lower storey I want reception, kitchen and 1-2 rooms as it will be feasible. 4300 square feet=399.9sqm . 2floors building area near 800sqm. But initially I can invest only 50-60 lakhs so I just want this minimum requirement . Better Indian local designers. nearby shimla.
