As our first priority is to have the hotel design plan to be developed and submit to the Town Council/ Municipality to approve the design to enable the actual of the hotel development 2. It will features 2 - 4 conference facilities 3. Two or one restaurants 4. Sport bars (1 or 2) 5. A dedicated digital nomad travellers co-working space 6. Portal waterparks place for children with open dining area 7. Boma night area with a safari vibe hospitality experience 8. Sundowner deck area for sunset and sunrise relaxing area 9. Wellness and space area 10. Dedicated two culinary Arts kitchen for commercial with experiential learning work station 11. Car parking area 12. Integrate waterfalls on restaurant and front desk area (safety must be considered) 13. Swimming pool for kids and adults.
