Need the architectural concept design for the office building The land designated for the Wimbe Tower Center covers a total area of 1,800 m², with the following dimensions: Length: 60 metres Width: 30 metres This well-proportioned plot is ideal for the construction of a modern 10-storey building, with potential to accommodate retail spaces on the ground floor, offices, multipurpose rooms, and leisure areas on the upper levels. Its coastal and strategic location in Pemba further enhances the value and appeal of the project. After completing the concept design, it is used to attract investors and funds. the whole contruction budget is about 5million USD The Wimbe Tower Center project presents a unique and strategic opportunity for investment. It is located near major universities in Pemba, offering access to a young, educated workforce and increasing demand for professional spaces. With the extractive industry rapidly developing in the region, there is a growing need for corporate infrastructure and office space. Currently, Pemba lacks modern office buildings, forcing companies to operate remotely or relocate their administrative services to Maputo. This gap in the market makes it the perfect moment for us to take the lead and become pioneers by establishing the first business tower in the region—meeting the urgent demand for offices, coworking spaces, and commercial hubs in Cabo Delgado.
