Hello - i have the general design idea for this home, but I need to get full building plan package drafted up for submission to the local town council building permit office here in British Columbia, Canada. Once all the drafting is done, I would need to obtain the engineer's stamp, as well as complete all the environmental approvals. I am also interested in doing the construction using steel framing, rather than traditional wood framing. the whole Land size is 20,500 square.ft but the building area is 2400sqft =223sqm One-storey house, with 3Bedroom , 1 living room , 1 dinning room , kitchen , bathrooms .
