Design Description:
We are planning to make a small 3-4 star hotel；We have a land of 1734 m2 near the sea and want to build it as a hotel or resort；we are allowed to build around 60-65% of the land；Our land is 45 m ( sea side ) and 37 m other sides. We need to build around 6 flats ( sea side ), two floors ( 80-90 m2 area) and 30-36 rooms ( 20-22 m2 area) ( at both sides ) of 3 floors at the two sides，with 16-20 car parks；wd need a reception area, kitchen and dinning area；we have the essential design . And there is a plot area dimension for reference.
