I want to complete the money transfer process to my account here, and i want to buy land 50 metres to 25 metre in the city. Jam planning to build a 20 stories/ stairs building for offices, and for the number of offices, we will discuss. I need a house plan, architectural design for this and i need a plan like that one i have seen on this building. the budget i have is in the range of 200,000,000.00UGX TO 400,000,000.00UGX,but we shall negotiate since jam new in this field. And jam planing to start the work as soon as the the money is transferred here and the construction work may start 7 months from now, or earlier or slightly beyond 7 months depending on when the money arrives. So i need the service of your experienced company to build for me this building as per that plan on it and the rest , we shall discuss.
