Design Description:
Need the architectural design for the 5star Villa design.I am currently planning to buy land and am already processing the land purchase procedures.Now need preliminary plan and idea first It’s a 6 bedrooms all en-suite villa with two spacious master-bedrooms( one on ground floor and the other on upper spaces). Then we need to have some rooftop sitting space…nice and spacious for lounges and bedrooms, balconies, games room for kids and two lounges (spacious one ground floor ) and another of first floor for family) . Then spacious Detached gazebo detached from the main house where I can host like 20 to 30 people for a party and on one side of it put some games like poo table, table tennis and dats for guests to enjoy themselves. All rooms must have chimneys including bedrooms and lounges because this is generally a cold area. The gazebo too must have chimneys…but that gazebo should be openable to make it like outdoor space but can be fully closed during cold seasons. Land size is one acre and is on a natural slope but I want sufficient spaces left as gardens. We can also have like a partial tented or glass covered rooftop to allow the open part of it to be used for sun basking on comfortable outdoor seats and the other covered part to be used when one is avoiding direct sun light. Remember to reserve parking spaces for at least 15 cars. We can increase the land size by another half acre in need be to make total space 6046 square metres. I will need some staff quarters of course detached from the main house but somewhat concealed so that guests sitting in the gardens don’t have to see the activities around the staff quarters. The staff quarter shall have one common lounge, kitchenette, and then four separate bedrooms with toilets and bathrooms inside. I hope this is clear. I need high quality modern design,design budget : USD1000-2000 .
