Je prévois de construire ma propre villa. Mon architecte m'a déjà donné le plan mais je discute avec lui de certains changements. J'ai besoin d'un architecte d'intérieur pour ma villa qui se compose d'un sous-sol, d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un 1er étage. Style de luxe moderne. Les pièces jointes sont les plans d'étage que j'ai actuellement. Je vous partagerai le plan d'étage final lundi prochain. Veuillez noter que je préfère les designers chinois. Quant aux frais de conception, je ne sais pas combien facturent les designers chinois. Nous pouvons d'abord les fixer à 500 $. C'est négociable. Je veux un bon design. Si tout se passe bien, je suis prêt à vous payer les frais de conception. Un bon design mérite un bon prix. I'm planning to build my own villa. My architect has already give me the design but I'm discussing with him about some changes. I need an interior designer for my villa which consists of a basement, ground floor and 1st floor. Modern luxury style. The attachments are the floor plans I have now. I will share you the final floor plan on next Monday. Please note that I prefer Chinese designers. As for the design fee, I don't know how Chinese designers charge. We can make it 500$ first. It's negotiatable. I want good design. If everything goes well, I'm willing to pay you the design fee. Good design deserves good price.
