we are a developer ,and we have land 0.0723acres(2926.4sqm) ,we take 2000sqm to build ,and we need build G+2 ,and g+3 buildings, each building take 1000sqm to build ,so it is 3000sqm+400 sqm =7000sqm ,we need build a Commercial Complex . RFQ: Low-Budget Commercial Complex Design Land acquisition we need architecture planning design first .We have to apply permission only after architectural designs are complete Seeking proposals from qualified architects for a cost-effective project on a 3500 sq yd site near Vignan University/VIP Sai Restaurant. The project involves two low-rise buildings (G+2/G+3) with modular rental spaces. Requirements include cost-effective structural design, low-cost drawings & BOQ, basic landscape. Later lighting, and interior design. Please include an estimated total project cost in your proposal.
