I have a 31 hectares, almost 310 000 square meters,i will take 240000 sqm to build it ,I want to build a staff quarters for my company there,i need architecture design including Exterior and interior design. The staff quarters is for my company, (it should also be a smart community,,All to be built in Botswana,For the staff quarters, I have the land site plan,i will send u later . for staff quarters of different levels: 5 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 1 bedroom houses： 5beds, 100 units 4beds, 200 units 3beds, 300 units 2beds, 400 units 1bed, 200 units Only that I was thinking the 5beds should be stand alone houses，The size may and design style may not be the same, the idea is the standalone structures for the 5 beds... They're supposed to be executive, for top company directors For 1.5k workers,it including School,Play ground,Clinic,Sports arena,Mall.I want quality so I can start with $100 million. We have our construction company to execute the building.
