Design Description:
i have a land is 16*10,so i need to take 130 to build the house ,and i need build 2 story ,130*2=260,some areas as for garden . I. Overall Style and Concept: The design is for a modern semi-elegant two-story home, moving away from the previous shiphouse theme. The style emphasizes clean lines, high-quality materials, and a sophisticated aesthetic. The design aims for a balance between contemporary style and comfortable living. II. Lot and Dimensions: The house is planned for a 160 sqm lot, maintaining a 1.5-meter clearance around the structure. Exact lot dimensions, orientation, and site-specific details (topography, utilities, easements, etc.) are still required from the client for accurate planning. III. Exterior Features: - Roof: Flat or gently sloped, incorporating seamlessly integrated solar panels. - Exterior Walls: A combination of high-quality materials such as stucco, metal panels, or natural stone, creating a visually interesting and modern facade.
