Need architectural design for min shopping mall . Face to the road is 43 feet 136 feet long 5850 sqft=544sqm of the land. Ground floor only A small grocery store, veggies and fruit shop, small meat shop and a small restaurant kitchen Back should be restaurant seating covered with plants, so it should look like garden restaurant I think water running around seating for summer is good ,Need a pool before the mall We are planning in three phase First is grocery store veg fruit store and meat store Must have parking on front Second phase is restaurant kitchen and dining area Third phase is buying all the accessories and goods project location in Kathmandu Nepal So our total budget can go up to 5 to 7 crore .Maybe less, maybe more. As needed and as our partners decide. Design budget needs to be negotiated I want more old rustic look.Or it can be modern with plants background.Real plants, not fake Pls contect me and send me your pervious design cases pictures and pdf .
