Floor 1: open layout with atrium/open to second floor. living room, gym, kitchen, laundry room, office, half bath on first floor. open American kitchen with island and pantry. meditation room with half bath next to it. Detached garage for 2 cars. First floor 3 steps raised to get to living room and kitchen from main building entrance. Floor 2: Three bedrooms on second floor, each with Walkin closet and bath suite with linen closet. library space on 2nd floor, family area overlooking below.
