35000sqft area 20 rooms with size of 25x14ft each rooms some with king bed suite and some with 2 queen beds Project Description for Contractor: Container Boutique Hotel We are developing a unique container boutique hotel that emphasizes sustainability, modern design, and guest comfort. The project involves repurposing shipping containers into fully functional hotel rooms and communal spaces, creating an eco-friendly, innovative accommodation experience. Project Scope: Structure: The hotel will be constructed using modified shipping containers. The design will integrate multiple containers to create individual guest rooms, a lobby area, and shared spaces like rooftop terraces and garden lounges. Room Design: Each guest room will feature a 25x14 ft interior, complete with large windows for natural light, a smart control system for temperature and lighting, and en-suite bathrooms with modern fixtures. Sustainability: The hotel will prioritize eco-friendly solutions, including solar-powered energy systems, water-efficient fixtures, and sustainable building materials.
