Ground floor - laundry, maid room , 1 guest room , modern kitchen , living room, dinning room. Small gym ( tread mill and home dumbell rack only ) 12. Cable entry 13. 3 phase electric 14. Garden in back yard with pool small ( 25 ft x 8 ft ) 15. All windows will be 2 sided glass window aluminum 16. Toilets will be separated shower with wall not glass 17. Home entry way 18.
