The architectural design has not been completed yet. We can do the interior design together after the architectural design is completed. am looking for a State of the Art Architect Designer for a Hospital Resort Proposed Project in my place at Camp Jenil Serenity Homestay Purok Liwayway Barangay Punta-baja Rizal Palawan Philippines. Description:Need the design for the hospital resort .350 bed capacity hospital resort project high rise building that will have international standard for medical tourism fully equipped with modern medical facilities including modern medical equipment and AI,, operating room, dialysis center, room, pediatric units, geriatric rooms, surgical rooms, emergency room, orthopedic units, cancer therapy units, dental units, and regular tourism 10 storey building of mixed use building for the hospital and resort project , Dr's clinic, staff villa and Guest's accommodation with music for healing area, wellness center for spa, massage, traditional medical center for natural healing, restaurant, recreational sports activities like badminton, court and basketball hoop Court, parking spaces, store shops, 2000m2/floor My property have a beach front and hilltop around 20,000 square meters. （1.350 bed capacity hospital building 10F 21000SQM 2. hometel condo units 500 units 26,250sqm 3. 50 rooms doctors clinic 2 storey building of circa 2/floor 1400sqm 4. 50 units staff houses, beach villas and cottages with upgraded facilities 3,125sqm 5. restaurant that can accommodate 300 to 500 people 1,080sqm 6.swimming pool 200sqm 7.conference rooms 500sqm 8.recreation spaces ( basket ball court & volley ball court, concert hall) 4,000sqm 9. Site landscaping, drainage, lighting, infrastructure） My Dream project. My land have tax declaration and I still need to apply for Flagt.
