Design Description:
Hello, I'm a Builder by professional in Malawi. Got a client who want me to build her a lodge or rest house. I went to do the site inspection and did take the required measurements. It will be a flat building, will either use cement blocks or clay bricks. The land is 1920 sq.m. See my attachements pls. Number of rooms will be determined by a designer basing on standard size of rooms and bearing in mind space for car park and septic tanks/garden. I just suggest it be L shaped structure. At least 12 bedrooms with a kitchen and restaurant and back rooms for workers.
