Design Description:
Hello I come from South Sudan. I'm planning to build a mid-to-high-end and low-rise apartment for short-term rental. I might build 2-4 floors, and some public spaces (depends on the land). The land is 20x40 meters. The floor area should not exceed 250 square meters. There will be a ample parking area on the groud floor. I prefer minimalist and modernism style.
Per floor, there should be a unit of the two bedrooms and two units of studios.
The design should include two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms (one bedroom en-suite) and a balcony/Lanai for the two bedrooms unit.
A studios should be included as well.
