about 4 floors, 800 sqm, I desire a hospital with a capacity for 100 beds, including two theatres, both outpatient and inpatient services, along with a helipad for emergencies. Additionally, it should provide telemedicine services and ensure a streamlined patient experience with minimal movement within the facility. The hospital should prioritize excellent ventilation and lighting, offer a pleasant working environment for staff, ample parking, and easy-to-clean facilities.The pediatrics wards should also be baby friendly. Also include private and VIP rooms which should be different from the bed capacity of the hospital. i need the rendering to get the land permission from the authorities
