Dear Architect,
I need the architectural design for my house, 300 sqm,2 floors, there are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kithcen,1 dining room and 1 living room.
I would like to outline my vision for the construction of a new two-story house (ground floor and first floor) with the following key features:
Overall Layout:
The house should have a modern and open design, with plenty of natural light and spacious living areas.
The ground floor should feature an open space concept, combining a large living room and an American-style kitchen. The open design should provide a seamless view of the pool area through expansive glass doors and windows.
Bedroom Configuration:
The house should have a total of four bedrooms.
On the ground floor, I would like to have one guest bedroom with easy access, suitable for visitors.
Upstairs, there should be two additional bedrooms.
For the master suite, I envision a spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom. The master bathroom should include a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
Bathrooms:
Each bedroom should have its own dedicated bathroom with a toilet and a shower, ensuring privacy and convenience for all occupants.
Pool Area:
